PLANTA is a soft­ware com­pa­ny from Karls­ru­he, Ger­ma­ny, with many years of expe­ri­ence in the deve­lo­p­ment of pro­ject manage­ment tools which con­sis­t­ent­ly recei­ves excel­lent ratings in assess­ments. We now want to set off in a new direc­tion and are curr­ent­ly in the midd­le of a rapid growth. Your tasks

  • Car­ry­ing out manu­al and auto­ma­ted soft­ware tests
  • Docu­men­ta­ti­on of test results and report of soft­ware errors
  • Col­la­bo­ra­ti­on with the team of developers
  • Par­ti­ci­pa­ti­on in regu­lar team meetings

Your assets

  • curr­ent­ly enrol­led in an IT-rela­ted cour­se of stu­dies or in ano­ther tech­ni­cal cour­se of stu­dies, ide­al­ly you are inte­res­ted in IT
  • basic know­ledge in soft­ware deve­lo­p­ment and soft­ware test pro­ce­du­res can be of advantage
  • good orga­niza­tio­nal skills and an eye for details
  • good com­mand of Ger­man and English
  • team spi­rit, strong com­mu­ni­ca­ti­on skills, and high qua­li­ty awareness
  • expe­ri­ence in pro­gramming with Python is of advan­ta­ge but not a neces­sa­ry requirement
  • know­ledge in the area of web tech­no­lo­gies (CSS, REST etc.) is of advantage 
  • pro­ject manage­ment know­ledge is welcome
  • time to work for 12–20 hours per week
