PLANTA is a soft­ware com­pa­ny from Karls­ru­he, Ger­ma­ny, with many years of expe­ri­ence in the deve­lo­p­ment of pro­ject manage­ment tools which con­sis­t­ent­ly recei­ve excel­lent ratings in assess­ments. We now want to set off in a new direc­tion and are curr­ent­ly in the midd­le of a rapid growth. Your tasks

As part of one of our three teams of deve­lo­pers you will work auto­no­mously within the agi­le deve­lo­p­ment pro­cess (Scrum) on the fur­ther deve­lo­p­ment of our soft­ware with Python. You will crea­te and imple­ment tech­ni­cal solu­ti­ons based on the PLANTA pro­ject manage­ment sys­tem and cus­to­mi­ze them in the sys­tem. You will design data models and accom­pa­ny the qua­li­ty assu­rance and docu­men­ta­ti­on of the tech­ni­cal realization.

What you should bring in

  • you are curr­ent­ly stu­dy­ing (busi­ness) infor­ma­tics, maths, elec­tri­cal engi­nee­ring or a simi­lar course
  • you have basic expe­ri­ence in an object ori­en­ted pro­gramming lan­guage, e.g. Python, C#
  • know­ledge in the area of web tech­no­lo­gies (CSS, REST, etc.) are of advantage
  • team spi­rit, strong com­mu­ni­ca­ti­on skills and high qua­li­ty awareness
  • good com­mand of Ger­man and Eng­lish (spo­ken and written)
  • know­ledge of pro­ject manage­ment is of advantage
  • avai­la­bi­li­ty of 12–20 hours per week
