With your help we want to take the backend archi­tec­tu­re of our soft­ware to a new level.

PLANTA is a soft­ware com­pa­ny from Karls­ru­he, Ger­ma­ny, with many years of expe­ri­ence in the deve­lo­p­ment of pro­ject manage­ment tools which fre­quent­ly recei­ve excel­lent ratings in assess­ments. We now want to set off in a new direc­tion and are curr­ent­ly in the midd­le of a rapid growth. Your tasks

As part of one of our three teams of deve­lo­pers you will work auto­no­mously accor­ding to Scrum on the fur­ther deve­lo­p­ment of our soft­ware. You will be respon­si­ble for the deve­lo­p­ment of the backend archi­tec­tu­re of PLANTA pro­ject and for model­ling the ser­ver-cli­ent archi­tec­tu­re as well as for the fur­ther deve­lo­p­ment of our web ser­vices.

You have

  • a uni­ver­si­ty degree or trai­ning in infor­ma­tics, late­ral ent­rance is pos­si­ble with a cer­tain degree of experience
  • pro­found know­ledge of Java, C/C++ 
  • at least two years of pro­fes­sio­nal expe­ri­ence in soft­ware development
  • Python know­ledge is of advantage
  • good com­mand of Ger­man and Eng­lish (spo­ken and written)
  • pro­ject manage­ment know­ledge is of advantage
