Your tasks

As part of one of our three teams of deve­lo­pers you will work inde­pendent­ly in line with Scrum on the fur­ther deve­lo­p­ment of the backend archi­tec­tu­re of PLANTA pro­ject. Your task will be to model the ser­ver archi­tec­tu­re with regard to our new­ly deve­lo­ped web front­end and to fur­ther deve­lop decisi­ve plan­ning algo­rith­ms. You enjoy working with a modern soft­ware stack. You con­sider working with GraalVM, Python inte­gra­ti­on, Hiber­na­te, and dif­fe­rent data­ba­ses to be an inte­res­t­ing chall­enge. You app­re­cia­te code reviews and auto­ma­ted tests, for you con­sider code qua­li­ty to be a valuable asset. You will also be respon­si­ble for the auto­ma­ti­on of build, deploy­ment, and release pro­ces­ses.

You have

  • a uni­ver­si­ty degree or trai­ning in infor­ma­tics, late­ral ent­rance pos­si­ble with a cer­tain degree of experience
  • very good know­ledge of Java
  • at least two years of pro­fes­sio­nal expe­ri­ence in soft­ware development
  • good com­mand of Ger­man and Eng­lish (spo­ken and written)
  • know­ledge in Python and C/C++ is of advantage
  • know­ledge in pro­ject manage­ment is of advantage
