Stu­dent Assistant (m/f/x) –
in the Area of Web Development

Your tasks 

As part of our team you will work on our col­la­bo­ra­ti­on soft­ware PLANTApul­se in an agi­le Scrum pro­cess based on Node.js. 

• You will sup­port us in our front­end deve­lo­p­ment and help us to impro­ve our UI/UX. 
• You will design your own UI con­cepts and imple­ment them. 
• You will sup­port us in the fur­ther deve­lo­p­ment of the mobi­le views of our soft­ware. 
• You will assu­me qua­li­ty assu­rance tasks such as UI/unit tests and test­ing of new features.

What you should bring in…

• Ongo­ing stu­dies in (busi­ness) infor­ma­tics or com­pa­ra­ble cour­se of stu­dies 
• Good pro­gramming skills 
• Expe­ri­ence with Java­Script, CSS/SCSS, and HTML 
• Expe­ri­ence in the use of REST APIs, Node.js 
• Expe­ri­ence in the imple­men­ta­ti­on of UI/unit tests 
• Inte­rest in front­end deve­lo­p­ment and UI design 
• Good com­mand of Ger­man and Eng­lish 
• Ambi­ti­on, crea­ti­vi­ty, and moti­va­ti­on 
• A com­mit­ted, ana­ly­ti­cal, team-ori­en­ted, and self-reli­ant way of thin­king and working 
• Avai­la­bi­li­ty of 12–20 hours per week
