You choose an appointment and give us a brief overview of how you currently plan and coordinate projects.

  1. Joint review of your requirements

We clarify:

  • Which projects you manage
  • Which roles and teams are involved
  • What challenges exist
  • What results you want to achieve with a PM solution
  1. Guided introduction to PLANTA

We will show you the system step by step and focus on the functions that are particularly relevant to your situation. The system remains unpersonalized, but you will see typical procedures, application examples, and structures that provide guidance.

  1. Access to a test system

After the meeting, we will be happy to give you access to a standard test system.

This will allow you to try out for yourself what you have already seen in the introduction. Detailed adjustments will only be made in the POC.
