Conditions of Participation for Seminars

 

Times

 

·         1st day: 9:00 a.m. – 5:30 p.m.

·         2nd day: 8:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.

·         In each case with a lunch break of about 1 hour

 

Course fees

 

·         Seminars/workshops on current topics: 500 Euros per participant per day plus VAT/sales tax

·         Includes training documentation, refreshments in breaks, lunches

·         Participants’ attendance and the content of the course will be confirmed in writing if requested

 

Venue for the event

 

·         PLANTA Karlsruhe, training center, Bunsenstraße 14

 

Language

 

·         German (except as otherwise indicated)

·         Lectures, case studies, practice using the system

·         1 PC per participant

·         Min.: 4 persons / max.: 10 persons

·         From different companies

 

Registration

 

·         Registrations can be submitted online via PLANTA’s website, or in writing by post or fax, or by email.

·         Registrations become valid when participation is confirmed.

·         If you have not heard from PLANTA within three working days of registering, please contact our Training Department.

·         If PLANTA is obliged to cancel a training course for organizational reasons, claims will not be accepted for any amount over and above the course fee.

 

Withdrawal

 

·         Requests to withdraw from a course should be sent to us in writing by post, fax or e-mail.

·         For a registration which is withdrawn less than 14 calendar days before the start of a seminar, PLANTA will charge 50% of the course fee.

·         If a registration is withdrawn three working days or less before the start of the course, we will bill the full participant’s fee.

·         Substitute participants can be registered at any time at no additional cost.
